We guide you through the personal information processing standards for making inquiries on the RODIX corporate website and connecting to external services.

1. Fill out a website inquiry
RODIX corporate website does not operate a database or server submission form to receive inquiries. The solution of interest, company/organization, name, reply email, and inquiry content entered on the inquiry page are not transmitted or stored on the website server.
‘Send to mail app’ opens the mail app set on the user’s device, and ‘Copy inquiry content’ copies the written content to the user’s clipboard. The actual email sending must be completed directly by the user in the Mail app.
2. Use of email inquiries
user cs@rodix.aiThe information sent to will be used to confirm inquiries, respond, review the scope of the request, and process related tasks. The website itself does not have an email storage or deletion function, and inquiries related to viewing, correction, or deletion of personal information can be submitted to the same address.
3. Analysis tools
Currently, the corporate homepage has not set the measurement ID of the external analysis service and does not load the external analysis script. The internal event interface does not collect name, email, inquiry content or file names. When actual analysis tools are applied in the future, collection items and purposes will first be reflected in this policy.
4. External services and official channels
The homepage is Moafolio, PassAI, SKILLS, Links to official pages of ResponseON, SellerCatch, Hyeonjangbom, Orbivell and Kakao channels, Naver blog, and YouTube. After moving to an external site, the privacy policy, cookie, and usage policy of that service will apply.
Family services may operate independently, and you must check the instructions of each official service for account, payment, and data sharing. The RODIX corporate website does not provide information based on the assumption of data sharing between unconfirmed services.
